• We are seeking an experienced Pega System Analyst with a strong background in Pega, Facets, and Healthcare Claims Processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for healthcare claims processing workflows across Pega and Facets systems.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Design and support Pega case management and Facets configuration solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and architects to deliver high-quality applications.
• Define acceptance criteria and support testing throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ensure solutions comply with HIPAA, CMS, and other healthcare regulatory standards.
• Support workflow automation and integration with external enterprise systems.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous process improvements.

• ✅ Required Qualifications
• Strong experience as a Pega System Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with the Pega Platform and Facets.
• Experience in Healthcare Claims Processing and payer systems.
• Strong skills in business analysis, requirements gathering, and functional documentation.
• Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS, and healthcare compliance requirements.
