Payroll Reporting Analyst | Westerville, OH | Onsite

Innovien is supporting the payroll and workforce systems for a major supply chain and logistics operation. We're hiring a Payroll Reporting Analyst to build the audits and KPIs that turn scattered data across three systems into a clear picture of what's actually happening across the business.

• What You'll Do
• Pull and consolidate reporting across payroll, workforce management, and ticketing systems into a usable format
• Configure and run native platform reports, learning the reporting structure and its limitations
• Clean and manipulate report output in Excel to bridge manual gaps ahead of centralized data infrastructure
• Design and execute recurring reconciliation audits (employee classification, pay frequency, FLSA status, pay group) across systems
• Cross-reference systems to identify inconsistencies, determine root cause, and coordinate resolution with business stakeholders
• Build payroll department KPIs from scratch and report performance out to business partners in plain, narrative terms

• What You Bring
• 2+ years of reporting or data analysis experience, ideally within HR, payroll, or a related operational function
• Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation, and reconciling data across multiple systems
• Demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on new HRIS or workforce management platforms
• Experience spotting data inconsistencies and distinguishing real patterns from one-off issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable explaining discrepancies to technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Nice to Have
• Direct experience with ADP, UKG Kronos, or similar HRIS/workforce platforms, including native report configuration
• Experience building recurring audits or KPI reporting
• Exposure to data lake, data warehouse, or centralized reporting environments
