Position Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations in a large, automated payroll environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multi-state payroll processing, payroll compliance, ADP GlobalView, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities
Process and audit multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
Analyze payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Troubleshoot and correct payroll calculation, formula, and data errors.
Generate payroll reports using Excel and payroll systems.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
Utilize ADP GlobalView and other payroll systems for payroll processing and auditing.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll.
Experience supporting payroll for 10,000+ employees in a large, automated environment.
Strong understanding of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures.
Hands-on experience processing and/or auditing payroll using ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll.
