  • Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST

  • Position Summary
  • Client is seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support payroll operations in a large, automated payroll environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in multi-state payroll processing, payroll compliance, ADP GlobalView, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Process and audit multi-state payroll accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Analyze payroll data and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot and correct payroll calculation, formula, and data errors.
  • Generate payroll reports using Excel and payroll systems.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
  • Utilize ADP GlobalView and other payroll systems for payroll processing and auditing.
  • Required Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll compliance regulations.
  • Advanced numerical and mathematical skills.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems, including ADP.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
  • VLOOKUP
  • SUMIF
  • IF Statements
  • Pivot Tables
  • Statistical Functions
  • Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll system and data issues.
  • Systems & Tools
  • ADP GlobalView
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • PC-based applications
  • Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience processing multi-state payroll.
  • Experience supporting payroll for 10,000+ employees in a large, automated environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Hands-on experience processing and/or auditing payroll using ADP GlobalView or SAP Payroll.
  • Education
  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred), or
  • Associate's degree with relevant payroll or related professional experience.
