Job Description:

• The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees while ensuring compliance with federal, state, local, and company payroll regulations.
• This role performs biweekly payroll activities, including payroll transactions, audits payroll data, responds to employee inquiries, maintains payroll records, and works closely with Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, and third-party vendors to ensure employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
• The Payroll Analyst supports payroll reporting, tax compliance, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
