Orthopedic Bracing Eligibility Analyst

• Objective
• The Orthopedic Bracing Eligibility Analyst plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in the billing process by ensuring patient insurance eligibility, benefits, and authorization requirements are accurately verified and documented prior to billing. This position is responsible for high-volume data entry, insurance verification, and account preparation, creating a seamless workflow that allows the billing team to efficiently process claims and maximize reimbursement. • Key Functions
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits for durable medical equipment orders.
• Research Medicare and Medicare Advantage plan coverage requirements.
• Access insurance and portals to review claims history and coverage details.
• Analyze information to determine coverage eligibility and billing requirements.
• Apply Medicare and insurance guidelines to support accurate billing decisions.
• Maintain accurate and complete records within company systems.

Pay: $18-$22 an hour
