• Job Summary
• The OMS Analyst is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and improving the Order Management System to ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, and seamless integration across business applications. This role works closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, and Finance to troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and support business growth.

• Key Responsibilities
• Monitor daily order processing and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Analyze order management workflows to identify process improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment issues.
• Maintain OMS configurations, business rules, and system parameters.
• Coordinate with ERP, WMS, CRM, and e-commerce platform teams for system integrations.
• Validate and test system enhancements, patches, and new releases.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards on order performance, SLA compliance, and KPIs.
• Perform root cause analysis for order failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Support data quality initiatives and ensure accuracy of product, pricing, and customer information.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user documentation.
• Train end users on OMS functionality and best practices.
• Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new features and system upgrades.

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain, Business Analysis, or Application Support.
• Experience working with Order Management Systems such as:
• Manhattan OMS
• IBM Sterling OMS
• Oracle Order Management Cloud
• SAP Order Management
• Salesforce Order Management
• Fluent Commerce
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Technical Skills
• SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• CRM systems.
• API and integration concepts.
• Reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools.
