- Position : Oracle Sales Cloud Analyst

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS -
- Mandatory qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst within a complex environment.
- Minimum 2 years working with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Sales and Service, MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot) — Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service is preferred.
- Experience gathering CRM requirements covering, at minimum: contact, account, case, service request, and work order.
- Strong business background or solid IT understanding, with a relevant degree in business or IT.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in an Agile-Iterative environment and methodology.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and SMEs.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead and support requirements-gathering with multiple stakeholders through workshops, interviews, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow analysis, use cases, and scenarios, following the Province's Agile-Iterative methodology.
- Translate business requirements into CRM functional specifications and user stories in MS Azure DevOps, supporting delivery in a composable architecture.
- Apply Oracle Fusion CRM knowledge to favour configuration over customization, identify process-improvement and re-engineering opportunities, and propose and communicate change strategies.
- Recommend best-fit CRM modules to meet requirements with minimal customization and maximum reusability.
- Maintain documentation as changes are introduced; create iteration release notes, user manuals, and training material; deliver training to drive end-user adoption.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to ITSS team members.
- Define requirements for data migration from various source systems into the eCRM, and support data migration activities.
- Support Quality Assurance, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and post-production functional support.
- Work closely with the broader program/project team (Product Manager, Solution Architect, front- and back-end developers, PMs, other BAs, QA Analysts, and UX Designer).
- Desired qualifications (considered assets)
- Experience working with government organizations.
- Business Analyst certification.
- Oracle Sales and Service Fusion Cloud CRM certification, and hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM experience.
- Experience working with DevOps.
