About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Data Conversion Lead to drive end-to-end data migration strategy, design, and execution for complex Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. In this role, you will lead conversion lifecycles across Finance, SCM, and HCM modules, ensuring data integrity, seamless transformation, and business sign-off.
This role is remote with required travel to Irvine, CA for key project milestones, client workshops, and critical go-live phases.

Key Responsibilities
Data Conversion Strategy & Planning
Define and execute the end-to-end data migration strategy, methodology, standards, and cutover plans.
Profile source systems, assess data quality, and establish legacy cleansing requirements.
Design & Development
Build comprehensive data mapping specifications linking legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Design and execute robust ETL/ELT processes using Oracle tools (FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, OTBI, SQL, PL/SQL).
Create and maintain extraction, transformation, and load scripts.
Execution & Validation
Manage full-cycle mock conversions, dry runs, and final cutover data loading across Finance, SCM, and HCM.
Perform automated data reconciliations and audit checks to ensure 100% data accuracy.
Partner with functional leads and business teams to secure data sign-off at each milestone.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
Present status reports, risk logs, and issue resolution updates to project leadership.
Facilitate interactive in-person workshops with key business stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 10–15 years in Oracle ERP implementations, with 8+ years in Oracle Cloud technologies (minimum 5 years dedicated to Oracle ERP/SCM Cloud programs).
Lifecycle Expertise: Proven track record leading multiple end-to-end data conversion cycles (profiling, mapping, mock runs, reconciliation, cutover).
Technical Mastery:
Deep expertise in FBDI templates, ADFDI, HDL (HCM Data Loader), FBL, and OTBI.
Strong hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and database transformation tools.
Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud data models (Finance and SCM).
Domain Knowledge: Strong cross-functional alignment across Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Education & Skills: Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong verbal/written communication, and rigorous documentation habits (audit trails, deployment guides, mapping docs).

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for automated file transfer and orchestration.

Travel & Work Location
Work Arrangement: Primary home office (Remote US).
Travel Expectation: Willingness to travel on-site to Irvine, CA for all major workshops, alignment sessions, and critical deployment milestones.
