Oracle Business Analyst

Our manufacturing company in the Dallas area that is looking to add a Senior Oracle EBS Supply Chain Analyst to its IT team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with business stakeholders, driving process improvements, and supporting enterprise Oracle EBS applications in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support, enhance, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain applications.
• Partner with procurement, manufacturing, inventory, quality, and operations teams to improve business processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Lead and support Oracle EBS implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and system improvements.
• Troubleshoot complex application issues and provide advanced functional support.
• Coordinate system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance efforts.
• Develop SQL queries, reports, and data extracts to support operational reporting and business needs.
• Create user documentation and deliver training for new system functionality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle SCM modules, including:
• Procurement
• Process Manufacturing
• Order Management
• Quality
• Experience participating in multiple full lifecycle Oracle EBS implementations.
• Strong SQL skills for reporting and data analysis.
• Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with cross-functional teams.
• Oracle Development or PL/SQL experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
