• A Brief Overview
• Administer and optimize Fiserv Core platforms (DNA/Signature), ensuring stability, governance compliance, and regional operational continuity, while providing support for Fiserv projects and maintaining availability to travel.

• What you’ll do
• · Administer, monitor, and maintain Fiserv Core Banking Systems (DNA/Signature), ensuring optimal performance, data integrity, and operational continuity within regional governance requirements.

· Perform daily validations, reconciliations, and health checks of core systems, processing environments, host interfaces, and dependent applications.

· Troubleshoot system incidents, execute root‑cause analysis, escalate to support teams and Fiserv vendor resources, and maintain communication with management and end‑users until resolution.

· Support core system configurations, parameter changes, tables, batch processes, release updates, and OS/patch deployments while ensuring alignment to change‑management protocols.

· Maintain documentation of configurations, integrations, failover procedures, and governance‑required artifacts; ensure accuracy of downtime logs and system performance records.

· Evaluate system performance metrics and operational data, generating recommendations to optimize throughput, stability, and user experience.

· Administer regional governance controls, ensuring compliance with cross‑regional policies, risk frameworks, and standardized operational practices across all regions.

· Coordinate with Testing, Project Management, Architecture, Information Security, and regional entities to support system enhancements and multi‑country initiatives, while providing support for Fiserv projects.

· Support business lines by documenting requirements, assessing system impacts, and validating alignment with Fiserv platform capabilities.

· Administer backup, recovery processes, DR/BCP activities, and participate in regional failover exercises for Fiserv environments.

· Provide operational dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to management.

· Stay current with Fiserv technology updates, hotfixes, best practices, release notes analysis and security advisories; recommend improvements and modernization opportunities.

· Participate in the On‑Call rotation (24/7), supporting nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.

• Additional Responsibilities
• · Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and special projects as requested.
• · Perform other duties as assigned.

• What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in banking operations, IT systems administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• On site position in Puerto Rico, with occasional travel to Florida.
• Competencies
• · In-depth knowledge of operational processes, banking products, and supporting applications.
• · Familiarity with IT technologies, patch management, backup/ recovery, and contingency planning.
• · Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• · Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• · Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• · High proficiency in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, with English being especially critical for the role.
