  • We are seeking a data-driven operations professional who can transform complex operational and supply chain data into actionable insights that improve performance across the organization. This role will partner closely with leaders in supply chain, production, planning, inventory management, quality, maintenance, customer service, and engineering to identify opportunities, solve business problems, and support strategic decision-making.

  • Description
  • Analyze supply chain, inventory, manufacturing, quality, maintenance, planning, and customer service data to identify trends, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reporting tools that provide visibility into key operational and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Monitor and report on critical KPIs including inventory accuracy, supplier performance, on-time delivery, schedule attainment, forecast accuracy, capacity utilization, cycle time, labor productivity, scrap, rework, and service levels.
  • Partner with supply chain, procurement, planning, manufacturing, quality, finance, engineering, and customer-facing teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives through analysis of stock levels, material flow, replenishment strategies, excess inventory, and working capital performance.
  • Evaluate supplier performance trends and support initiatives aimed at improving delivery reliability, quality, responsiveness, and overall supply chain resilience.
  • Validate and reconcile data from multiple operational systems while ensuring reporting accuracy and consistency.
  • Support production planning, capacity forecasting, labor planning, and operational reviews through quantitative analysis and recommendations.
  • Identify root causes of operational issues and quantify improvement opportunities using structured analytical approaches.
  • Create executive-ready reports and presentations that clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendations.
  • Help standardize reporting processes, data definitions, and analytics practices across operations and supply chain functions.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by measuring results and tracking performance against business objectives.

  • Profile
  • A successful Operations Data Analyst should have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations analytics, supply chain analytics, manufacturing analytics, business intelligence, industrial engineering, or a similar analytical role.
  • NEED a background in manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, planning, distribution, inventory management, quality, or customer operations environments.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, and large dataset management.
  • Experience using business intelligence and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience extracting and analyzing data using SQL and operational business systems.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain performance drivers, inventory management principles, operational metrics, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, business acumen, and attention to detail.
