About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates and individuals looking to start a career in data analytics and business operations.
You will work closely with operations teams to collect, analyze, and interpret data that helps improve business processes, operational efficiency, and decision-making. No professional experience is required—we provide training and support to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and organize operational data from various sources.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Monitor key operational metrics and identify trends.
Create dashboards and visual reports using Excel or BI tools.
Assist in identifying process improvements through data analysis.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain data integrity.
Support cross-functional teams with reporting and analysis requests.
Document analytical findings and operational insights.
Help automate repetitive reporting processes where possible.
Perform ad hoc data analysis to support business decisions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (or final-year student) in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas).
Understanding of data analysis concepts.
Good numerical and logical reasoning abilities.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and analytical tools.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau.
Understanding of databases.
Exposure to Python or R for data analysis.
Knowledge of Google Sheets.
