Operations/BI Analyst

• TSR Consulting is currently seeking a highly motivated BI Analyst for an opportunity in Houston, TX
• Position Title: BI Analyst

• Job Type: Hybrid – 2 days to office
• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

• Expected Duration: 9+ Months Contract with possibility of extension
• Pay Range: $38/hr on W2

• We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial forecasting, BI reporting, and advanced analytics using Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce/Tableau CRM/Einstein and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of commercially focused insights and partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain account, segmentation, and product reporting to optimize decisions and customer experience.
• Perform pipeline and forecasting analysis to identify drivers of wins and losses, highlighting opportunities and risks.
• Execute accurate data mining and extraction from structured and unstructured sources to build new insight solutions.
• Use Salesforce/Tableau CRM/Einstein and statistical techniques to model data, assess drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate analysis into clear narratives and visuals that stakeholders understand and adopt.
• Own processes to ensure timely delivery of insight solutions and drive reporting efficiencies.
• Recommend and implement operational automation to meet evolving business needs, supporting Environmental Solutions as needed.
• Support marketing activities that increase productivity and revenue across Commercial and business lines.
• Track performance and propose ideas to streamline processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of commercial forecasting and analytics experience.
• Advanced Excel proficiency, including complex formulas and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with BI/Tableau and building reports and dashboards from scratch.
• Salesforce/Tableau CRM/Einstein familiarity for reporting and analytics.
• Ability to convert complex requests into clear, actionable recommendations and stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience leading meetings and facilitating calls.
• Experience with KPIs, forecasting methods, and trend reporting for commercial organizations.
