Viyahe is expanding its remote team with a Operations Analyst working across technology-enabled travel booking, live-agent support, business travel, traveler service, software, data, and digital operations. The Operations Analyst will analyze operational performance and improve processes, capacity, reporting, and decision-making. The opening is full time, fully remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Work On

• Collect and analyze operational data related to volume, capacity, service levels, productivity, cost, or cycle time in the Operations Analyst role at Viyahe.
• Build reports and dashboards that show trends, bottlenecks, exceptions, and performance against targets as part of the Operations Analyst role at Viyahe.
• Map current processes, identify recurring delays or control gaps, and quantify improvement opportunities across travel technology and traveler support in this Operations Analyst position.
• Partner with operational teams to test process changes and measure results after implementation for the Viyahe team as part of Operations Analyst work.
• Maintain assumptions, metric definitions, source notes, and documentation for recurring analysis while supporting travel technology and traveler support in the Operations Analyst role at Viyahe.
• Prepare clear recommendations and management summaries based on evidence and measurable impact as part of day-to-day Operations Analyst responsibilities at Viyahe.

What You'll Bring
