Position Overview

Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. is adding a Operations Analyst to help with building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations. As the Operations Analyst, you will analyze operational performance and improve processes, capacity, reporting, and decision-making. The position is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.

Salary: $90,000 - $99,000 per year

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operational data related to volume, capacity, service levels, productivity, cost, or cycle time in the Operations Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Build reports and dashboards that show trends, bottlenecks, exceptions, and performance against targets as part of the Operations Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Map current processes, identify recurring delays or control gaps, and quantify improvement opportunities across product, order, and customer operations in this Operations Analyst position.
• Partner with operational teams to test process changes and measure results after implementation for the Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. team as part of Operations Analyst work.
• Maintain assumptions, metric definitions, source notes, and documentation for recurring analysis while supporting product, order, and customer operations in the Operations Analyst role at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Prepare clear recommendations and management summaries based on evidence and measurable impact as part of day-to-day Operations Analyst responsibilities at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, spreadsheet, process-mapping, and problem-solving skills for the Operations Analyst opening at Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc.
• Experience with operational metrics, dashboards, BI tools, SQL, or reporting platforms is helpful.
• Ability to break complex workflows into measurable steps and identify root causes.
