• Position Overview
• A leading logistics network is seeking a Live Operations Analyst to support daily transportation and sortation operations in the Charlotte Metro region. This role serves as the primary contact for live issue escalation and ongoing process improvements, partnering with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operational flow across the network.

• Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day site operations and address live escalations in coordination with various teams.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and communicate real-time updates.
• Provide support to frontline warehousing and transportation teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Analyze operational data using SQL or similar tools to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Foster a culture of ownership and proactively identify opportunities for incremental improvement.
• Report directly to leadership on operational metrics, challenges, and process solutions.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field (third-party logistics [3PL] experience preferred).
• Proficiency with SQL or other data manipulation/reporting tools.
• Demonstrated initiative and a strong sense of ownership for operational performance.
• Experience supporting live operations and collaborating across distributed or remote teams.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
