- Job Title: Operations Analyst – Insurance Operations

- Job Summary
- One of our clients is seeking a CW Analyst – Insurance Operations to support its financial counseling and insurance services operations. This role will be responsible for processing applications, coordinating with third-party insurance carriers, performing quality reviews, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting day-to-day operational activities.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review new insurance applications and related documentation as requested by the business.
- Coordinate with third-party insurance carriers to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
- Process team-specific operational tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Perform quality reviews of completed work to ensure data accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Work across multiple systems and platforms to complete operational activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external third parties to identify and resolve ongoing issues.
- Support special projects and other operational initiatives as assigned.
- Apply sound business judgment to identify unusual or potentially suspicious activities and escalate issues appropriately.
- Follow all applicable policies and procedures related to quality, client service, information security, and compliance.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and sound judgment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization and with third-party partners.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.
- Strong commitment to accuracy, quality, and client service.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in financial services, insurance operations, banking, wealth management, or a related business environment.
- Experience working with applications, operational processes, data validation, or third-party service providers.
- Experience identifying discrepancies and resolving operational issues.
