The Company
A private equity-backed home services platform headquartered in Memphis, operating a nationwide network of more than twenty residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies. The business has roughly doubled in size over the past two years and continues to acquire.

The Role
Reporting directly to the COO, you'll own consolidated operational reporting across the portfolio — building dashboards, analyzing performance against forecast, preparing executive presentations, and integrating reporting for newly acquired companies.

What You'll Do
Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting packages in Power BI or Tableau
Prepare consolidated reporting on actuals, forecasts, and prior-year performance
Conduct variance analysis and surface operational issues to leadership
Develop presentations that make complex results clear to executive audiences
Support reporting onboarding as new companies join the platform
Present forecasting, budgeting, and reporting results directly to the COO

What You'll Bring
3–5 years in operations analysis, FP&A, or business analytics
Hands-on dashboard building in Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable BI tool
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
Strong communication skills, including with senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future
