We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to support business operations, performance monitoring, process optimization, and strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with data, identifying operational improvements, and driving efficiency across the organization.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
• Analyze operational data, workflows, and business processes to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and business performance.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support management decisions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve operational effectiveness and productivity.
• Support process improvement, workflow optimization, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall business performance.
• Assist in project planning, implementation, tracking, and operational reviews.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and operational reporting activities where applicable.
• Document business processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process enhancements.
• Participate in automation projects, system improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and analytical insights for management and stakeholders.
✅ Requirements
• 0–4 years of experience in operations, business analysis, consulting, project coordination, data analysis, or related fields. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other business intelligence and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
