About The Position

BiyaheKo PH is adding a Operations Analyst to support its travel distribution, online booking, reservations, traveler support, supplier coordination, and agent-facing travel technology. In this position, you will analyze operational performance and improve processes, capacity, reporting, and decision-making. This is a full-time, 100% remote role open to candidates throughout the United States.

Your Day-to-Day

• Collect and analyze operational data related to volume, capacity, service levels, productivity, cost, or cycle time in the Operations Analyst role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Build reports and dashboards that show trends, bottlenecks, exceptions, and performance against targets as part of the Operations Analyst role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Map current processes, identify recurring delays or control gaps, and quantify improvement opportunities across travel booking and agent support in this Operations Analyst position.
• Partner with operational teams to test process changes and measure results after implementation for the BiyaheKo PH team as part of Operations Analyst work.
• Maintain assumptions, metric definitions, source notes, and documentation for recurring analysis while supporting travel booking and agent support in the Operations Analyst role at BiyaheKo PH.
• Prepare clear recommendations and management summaries based on evidence and measurable impact as part of day-to-day Operations Analyst responsibilities at BiyaheKo PH.

What You Bring

• Strong analytical, spreadsheet, process-mapping, and problem-solving skills for the Operations Analyst opening at BiyaheKo PH.
• Experience with operational metrics, dashboards, BI tools, SQL, or reporting platforms is helpful.
• Ability to break complex workflows into measurable steps and identify root causes.
• Clear communication with both operational and analytical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation discipline and attention to data quality.
