We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy analyzing business processes, improving operational efficiency, and using data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance, identify improvement opportunities, and support initiatives that enhance productivity, efficiency, and business growth.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Analyze operational processes, workflows, and business performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
Collect, interpret, and present operational insights to support management decision-making.
Develop reports, dashboards, and performance tracking tools to monitor key business metrics (KPIs).
Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency.
Support process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize workflows and enhance business performance.
Prepare operational reports, presentations, and analysis for stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, operational targets, and performance outcomes.
Maintain and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support business planning.
Assist with data analysis projects and business transformation initiatives.
✅ Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Experience in operations analysis, business analysis, consulting, process improvement, or related roles is preferred.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is an advantage.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is an advantage.
