💼 Hiring: OneStream Financial Analyst
📍 Location: Minneapolis, MN (100% Onsite)
💰 Rate: Up to $70/hr (W2)
📅 Duration: Long-Term Contract
🚀 We're looking for an experienced OneStream Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives for a leading client.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
✅ Utilize OneStream for financial consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting
✅ Support month-end & quarter-end financial close activities
✅ Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial analyses, and variance reports
✅ Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights
✅ Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with financial reporting standards
✅ Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency
✅ Required Qualifications
🔹 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst
🔹 Hands-on experience with OneStream (Mandatory)
🔹 Strong background in FP&A, Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Reporting
🔹 Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
🔹 Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
