We are looking for a hands-on OCM Sr. Analyst to support business process and ownership transitions within the GTO Reservation and Revenue Management organizations. The role involves partnering with business and technology teams to drive change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, training coordination, and adoption of a new self-service operating model.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess stakeholder impacts and document process, role, and ownership changes.
Develop and coordinate change communications, leadership messaging, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Support training needs analysis, training coordination, and creation of job aids and process documentation.
Track readiness, adoption, risks, and resistance, and support go-live activities.
Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and maintain change management documentation.
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management, Business Readiness, Training, Communications, or Project Coordination.
Experience supporting business process or technology transformation initiatives.
Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
PROSCI or other change management methodology exposure.
Consulting experience.
Experience with technology-enabled transformations.
Hospitality, travel, reservation, revenue management, or customer operations experience is a plus.
