NMC_000402 - Data Center Installation Technician (Rack & Stack for GPU Infrastructure)

One of our clients in Cave City, AR is urgently looking for a Data Center Installation Technician (Rack & Stack for GPU Infrastructure).

• Duration: 1-2 months
• Hourly: $50 - $60 per hour (1099/C2C)

Scope:

• A technically capable hands-on data center engineer/technician who can independently perform installation, cabling, hardware troubleshooting and deployment tasks without needing constant supervision.
• Looking for someone who can execute the deployment correctly and troubleshoot problems encountered during installation.

Note:

Candidates with GPU/AI/HPC data center deployment experience is a huge plus

Must-to-Have:

• Proven hands-on deployment experience with rack-mounted compute and networking hardware.
• Hands-on experience with Rack & stack of servers, server installation/removal, rack mounting and rail installation
• Experience with server/infrastructure cabling, copper and fiber cabling and/or DAC/AOC cable installation
• Good understanding with Cable management, Hardware labeling and reading rack elevations / installation documentation
• Understands PDU/power connections and basic server hardware troubleshooting
• Working in a structured data center environment
