Network Operations Center Analyst

• Job Title: NOC (Network Operations Center) Analyst
• Location: Lewisville TX 75067 (Hybrid – Must be Onsite on needed basis)
• Duration: 6 Months with possible extension

Shift: To be determined based on business needs. Candidates must be open to working any shift, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Once assigned, the shift will be set and consistent.

We are looking for a NOC Analyst to monitor and support enterprise networks, servers, cloud environments, and applications. The role involves identifying and resolving technical issues, monitoring system performance, managing incidents, and escalating complex problems to engineering teams to ensure maximum uptime.

• Key Responsibilities
• Monitor network, server, cloud, and application performance.
• Respond to alerts, outages, and service incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1/Level 2 issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams.
• Manage and update incident tickets in ServiceNow/Jira.
• Perform system health checks and monitor backups.
• Maintain operational documentation and reports.
• Support 24x7 operations and participate in shift handovers.

• Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Routing & Switching
• Monitoring Tools: SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Zabbix
• Windows & Linux Administration
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Ticketing Tools: ServiceNow, Jira
• Log Monitoring: Splunk, ELK

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in NOC, Network Support, or IT Operations.
• CCNA, Network+, AWS, Azure, or ITIL certifications preferred.
