Role: Network Analyst responsible for analyzing and evaluating foreign network systems, including LAN, WAN, internet, intranet, satellite, and data communications systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and prepare detailed network specifications, diagrams, and equipment configurations of foreign networks.
- Identify vulnerabilities in network components such as modems, fiber optic cables, and telephone wires.
- Assess risk factors including network classification, baseline activity, architecture, operating systems, services, connectivity, and bandwidth.
- Develop and refine research methodologies to identify intelligence gaps.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3+ years of network analysis experience on government networks (or 5+ years of experience without degree).
- Knowledge of communication network layouts and recovery options.
Preferred Skills
- Extensive knowledge of Foreign Command & Control Systems.
- Experience analyzing red systems.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITF+, Network+.
Clearance & Physical Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
- Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time and occasionally move within the office.
