- Lead a High-Impact NetSuite Transformation
- A rapidly growing acquisition-focused organization is seeking a NetSuite Business Analyst to become the company's long-term NetSuite subject matter expert. This is a newly created position with high visibility to executive leadership, including direct interaction with the CFO.
- This opportunity is ideal for a professional who enjoys working at the intersection of Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and ERP Systems, and wants to play a key role in a large-scale NetSuite implementation while helping shape the future ERP strategy of a growing organization.
- What You'll Do
- ✅ Serve as the liaison between Finance, Accounting, Operations, IT, and external implementation partners
- ✅ Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support
- ✅ Own day-to-day NetSuite administration including workflows, roles, permissions, dashboards, saved searches, forms, and reporting
- ✅ Drive system enhancements across:
- Financials
- Procurement
- Inventory
- Supply Chain
- Order Management
- CRM
- Project Management
- ✅ Support acquisitions by helping onboard new business units into NetSuite
- ✅ Build KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve business visibility
- ✅ Coordinate data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, and ERP optimization initiatives
- ✅ Partner closely with Finance and Accounting teams on reporting, compliance, and month-end processes
- What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of NetSuite Administration, ERP Business Analysis, or NetSuite Functional Consulting experience
- Strong NetSuite configuration and workflow expertise
- Experience supporting Finance & Accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, etc.)
- Exposure to multiple NetSuite modules beyond Accounting/Finance
- Experience working with Operations, Manufacturing, Inventory, Supply Chain, or Procurement functions highly preferred
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable ERP solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- NetSuite certifications are a plus
- Travel Requirements
- This role will require 30-40% travel during the first 12-18 months as NetSuite implementations and integrations occur across acquired businesses.
- Travel will fluctuate based on project phases such as:
- Discovery
- Data Migration
- Testing
- Training
- Go-Live Support
- After implementation activities stabilize, travel is expected to decrease significantly.
