Skills

• Experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role in technology or government.
• Business analysis and problem solving experience in a consultative or project setting
• Solid experience cultivating and managing business relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Strong technical, written, and oral communications skills with multiple audiences (i.e., technical, data, business, project management, leadership)
• Business requirements and user story creation and documentation
• Experience and skill working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience working with Azure DevOps
• Experience working with the Salesforce platform, including supporting business processes and eliciting/documenting requirements
• Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders in a Salesforce environment
• Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Certification
