National Account Analyst

• Part time National Account Sales Analyst (20 hours per week)
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm PST
• Fully remote, preference is to have someone on the West Coast of US

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical National Account Analyst to support a National Accounts team. In this remote, part-time role, you will report directly to the National Account Director while also providing administrative support to the VP of National Accounts.
• This position plays a key role in supporting sales operations, forecasting, reporting, inventory planning, customer account management, and new product launches. If you enjoy working with data, Excel, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
• Responsibilities
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
• Consolidate sales forecasts
• Track customer orders and inventory, communicating updates internally and with customers
• Maintain product information and digital content
• Conduct customer and market audits
• Resolve chargebacks weekly and provide supporting documentation to internal teams
• Track budgets and account programs
• Assist with preparation for customer meetings
• Coordinate customer and internal setup for new products
• Maintain and distribute internal reports
• Manage and distribute promotional calendars to customers
• Qualifications
• Required:
• Bachelor's degree or 1–3 years of experience in sales analysis, preferably in a sales or marketing environment
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex spreadsheet creation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Preferred:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Solid mathematical aptitude
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Experience working with Amazon accounts is a plus
• Experience with SAP is preferred but not required
