- WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:
- Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
- Investment Analyst: $75,000-$95,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.
- Senior Investment Analyst: $95,000-$115,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

- WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct in-depth credit analysis across municipal issuers and government-related taxable sectors (e.g. private public partnerships) to develop Buy/Sell/Hold recommendations.
- Analyze new issue and secondary market opportunities, contributing to portfolio strategy and positioning.
- Monitor portfolio credits for meaningful developments impacting credit quality, internal ratings, or valuations.
- Develop and maintain credit memos, documentation, and sector expertise to support investment decisions and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, sell-side analysts, rating agencies, and industry experts to enhance market insights.
- WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in municipal credit analysis, research, trading, or related fixed income disciplines.
- Foundational understanding of fixed income markets and financial statement analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- You promote a collaborative culture, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
- Able to work at our office located in Omaha, NE, in a hybrid environment.
- PREFERRED:
- Advanced degree (MBA or similar) and/or progress toward or completion of the CFA program.
