We're hiring a Guide Transformation Analyst – AI & Governance for our client.

• What You'll Bring
• 2–5 years of experience in mortgage, business analysis, operations, policy, governance, or content management.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage/underwriting/servicing processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Copilot.
• Familiarity with Generative AI and prompt creation/optimization.
• Experience with governance, QA, content management, or process improvement.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• What you'll Do
• Review and manage mortgage Guide/policy changes and assess their impact.
• Maintain governance, documentation, FAQs, and content mappings.
• Ensure policy content is accurate, updated, compliant, and easy to understand.
• Analyze customer/lender feedback to identify FAQ and content improvement opportunities.
• Use Generative AI/Copilot to improve content review, governance, and automation.
• Perform quality checks on Guide and FAQ content.
• Work with Policy, Legal, Credit, Servicing, Technology, and other stakeholders.
• Support process improvement, reporting, and digital content transformation.
