ML Platform / MLOps Engineer

Design and ship production AI systems, agents, RAG pipelines, and automations, wired into real enterprise stacks.

What you'll do

• Build agentic and retrieval-augmented systems that run in production, not just demos.
• Own features end to end: design, implementation, evaluation, and rollout.
• Integrate AI into clients' existing data and software stacks.
• Set the bar for quality with evals, observability, and guardrails.

What we look for

• 5+ years building and shipping production software; 2+ working with LLMs or ML systems.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript; comfortable across the stack.
• Experience with RAG, agent frameworks, or model fine-tuning.
• A bias for shipping and a high bar for reliability.
