Middle Office Analyst - $80,000 - $95,000 Base Salary DOE – Hybrid 3 days in office (NY Midtown)

  • Job Description
  • Our client continues to grow, and they are expanding their Middle Office team across the Globe, the candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team while helping them to create an effective team delivery model to support the broking team in closing deals more efficiently. Also offer a large opportunity for internal and external training on different subjects, from Excel skills, Problem Solving, Data Management, Visualization and more. Also, additional opportunities include assisting with the charitable work of the Texel Foundation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Brokers and Clients to create and maintain Policy documentation
  • Generate and maintain Credit Insurance re-payment schedules
  • Ensure internal processes and controls are observed
  • Support and drive the usage of proper tools and systems for Policy Management
  • Ad-hoc operations related needs
  • Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Excel skills, preferably including VBA
  • Advanced understanding of other MS Office tools
  • A real team player happy to get involved in multiple tasks
  • Proactive and focused on the delivery of successful outcomes
  • The ability to take ownership and be accountable for own deliverables
  • Has a pragmatic approach when dealing with stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in collaborating with overseas offices is beneficial
  • Previous knowledge of Credit Insurance and/or Political Risk is helpful
