Network Integration Engineer - San Diego, CA - $110,000–$120,000 per year

Who you are:

  • 6+ years of experience supporting mission-critical DoD programs, complex IT systems, or defense initiatives where your work directly impacts national security and fleet readiness.
  • Hands-on experience supporting U.S. Navy network installations aboard afloat platforms while partnering with SYSCOMs, acquisition commands, and key defense stakeholders to deliver next-generation capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field with the expertise to solve complex challenges in a fast-paced defense environment.
  • Active Secret Clearance required, giving you the opportunity to contribute immediately to high-impact programs supporting the U.S. Navy and the future of military technology

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the implementation of next-generation Tactical Networks (TACNET) aboard newly constructed U.S. Navy aircraft carriers, helping shape the future of naval communications and mission readiness.
  • Drive procurement and acquisition efforts by managing funding documentation, developing cost estimates, and ensuring critical materials are delivered on time to support high-visibility Navy programs.
  • Own the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), define installation requirements, and serve as the technical authority responding to RFIs for complex defense initiatives.
  • Influence mission success by delivering executive-level program briefings, managing critical schedules, and ensuring full compliance with DoD and U.S. Navy standards throughout the program lifecycle

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and education.

The expected range for this role is $110,000–$120,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
