- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO Support, or Project Analyst roles.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology implementations.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
- Experience managing RAID logs, project plans, schedules, and status reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Meter Data Management System (MDMS), Smart Meter, AMI, Utility Billing, CIS, or Grid Modernization projects.
- Utility industry experience, preferably within Gas or Electric utilities.
- Familiarity with SoCalGas, SAP IS-U, Oracle Utilities, or related utility platforms.
- PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
- Experience working with system integrators and third-party technology vendors.
