MES Business Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced MES Business Analyst to support Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives across manufacturing plants in the USA. The candidate will work closely with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and IT teams to gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, support MES implementations, and coordinate integrations with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements, BRDs, and functional specifications.
• Act as SME for MES solutions such as Ignition, SparkMES, or EQLM.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to improve shop floor processes and traceability.
• Support MES integrations with Oracle EBS, SAP, SCADA, and IoT systems.
• Coordinate SIT/UAT testing, defect management, and production deployments.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs for production and quality analysis.
• Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

• Experience with MES applications (Ignition, SparkMES, EQLM, or similar).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and shop floor processes.
• Experience with ERP integrations (Oracle EBS/SAP).
• SQL and data analysis skills.
• UAT/Test management and stakeholder communication experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
