We're looking for experienced MEP and CSA Superintendents to lead construction on some of the world's most advanced AI and hyperscale data center campuses.
This is an owner-side role where you'll take responsibility for delivering complex, mission-critical infrastructure from groundbreaking through commissioning and final handover. You'll coordinate multiple trades, subcontractors, general contractors and union partners while maintaining an uncompromising focus on safety, quality and schedule.

What You'll Do
Lead day-to-day site operations across major mission-critical construction projects.
Coordinate MEP and CSA activities from early construction through commissioning and handover.
Manage multiple subcontractors, general contractors and union representatives simultaneously.
Drive aggressive project schedules while maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.
Review and interpret structural, mechanical and electrical drawings, specifications and RFIs.
Resolve field issues quickly to keep construction progressing.
Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries and equipment planning.
Monitor construction progress and communicate updates to internal leadership and external project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, NEC, NFPA and all applicable building codes and project standards.
Support commissioning activities and successful turnover to operations.

What We're Looking For
Proven experience leading field construction on large-scale mission-critical projects.
Strong background as an MEP Superintendent, CSA Superintendent or Construction Superintendent.
Experience managing complex subcontractor and GC relationships on active construction sites.
Strong understanding of structural, mechanical and electrical construction.
Ability to confidently read construction drawings, specifications and RFIs.
Demonstrated experience managing schedules, site logistics, materials and equipment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to solve problems quickly in the field.
