  • Role Description The Media Analyst role at La Cartita is a full-time remote position focused on evaluating media performance and audience engagement across platforms. In this role, the Media Analyst will collect, organize, and interpret data from digital channels, campaigns, and content, producing clear reports and insights for editorial and marketing teams. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring media trends, tracking key metrics, supporting media planning decisions, and recommending optimizations to improve reach and impact. The Media Analyst will work closely with colleagues to communicate findings, support strategy development, and help refine content and marketing approaches based on data-driven insights.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities to interpret metrics, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate with editorial, marketing, and leadership teams.
  • Experience with Media Planning and Marketing to support campaign design, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, or similar platforms) and spreadsheet or data visualization software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Understanding of bilingual or multicultural media landscapes; Spanish and English proficiency is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Interest in music, culture, politics, and social trends, particularly within LATAM and U.S. contexts.
