Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Sr Materials Mgmt Analyst to work on a contract basis. This role is responsible for overseeing supply chain operations and ensuring efficient material flow across manufacturing and distribution sites. The position requires analyzing inventory levels and identifying cost-saving opportunities in procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Lead materials planning and procurement activities to meet production demand and minimize shortages.
• • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance to optimize inventory levels.
• • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities in material management.
• • Develop and implement strategies to reduce excess inventory and improve supplier performance metrics.
• • Monitor key performance indicators to ensure alignment with supply chain and operational targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• • Minimum 5 years of experience in materials management, supply chain, or procurement.
• • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools including Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• • Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or chemical industries preferred.
• • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interface with multiple departments.
