  • Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM | Fridays Off
  • Employment Type: Permanent / Full-Time
  • Compensation: $75,000-$90,000 + Bonus
  • Start Date: ASAP

  • Position Overview
  • We are seeking a Marketing & Product Data Specialist to serve as the connection point between product information, digital marketing, and customer-facing content. This individual will be responsible for ensuring product data is accurate, consistent, and compelling across digital and distributor platforms while supporting marketing initiatives that increase product visibility and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate combines product data/content management experience with hands-on digital marketing skills. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with detailed product information while also having the creativity to turn technical information into effective customer-facing marketing content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain product information across distributor and customer-facing digital platforms.
  • Enhance and maintain product attributes, specifications, descriptions, images, and other product content.
  • Ensure product information is accurate, complete, consistently formatted, and aligned across platforms.
  • Create, update, and improve technical product spec sheets, brochures, and other sales/marketing materials.
  • Support the adoption and ongoing maintenance of Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
  • Partner with internal operational teams to maintain accurate product information and digital assets.
  • Create and manage marketing content across platforms including LinkedIn, Google Ads, website content, blogs, and other digital channels.
  • Optimize digital and product content to support SEO and increased online visibility.
  • Maintain and update company websites and other digital interfaces.
  • Help develop and execute marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio of products.
  • Translate technical product information into clear, compelling customer-facing content.
  • Support trade show initiatives including pre-show promotion, lead collection, marketing materials, and post-show follow-up.
  • Serve as a product subject matter expert and assist with product training for new employees and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, operations, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • Experience in product marketing, product data, product content, digital marketing, e-commerce, digital merchandising, or a related area.
  • Experience managing detailed product information including attributes, specifications, descriptions, images, SKUs, catalogs, or technical product content.
  • Experience with PIM, DAM, product content management, e-commerce, or similar systems preferred.
  • Hands-on digital marketing experience across areas such as SEO, website content, social media, LinkedIn, and/or Google Ads.
  • Experience creating or maintaining product spec sheets, brochures, catalogs, or other technical marketing materials.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy across large amounts of product information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical information for different audiences.
  • Highly organized, accountable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Self-driven and able to take ownership of projects with limited oversight.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and collaborating directly with leadership.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background within manufacturing, industrial products, safety/PPE, cleanroom products, medical/laboratory supplies, B2B distribution, or another technical product environment.
  • Experience managing product information across distributor or partner websites.
  • Experience supporting PIM/DAM implementation or adoption.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and technical product portfolios.
  • Trade show marketing experience.
