About The Opportunity
Travel Congress has an opening for a Marketing Data Analyst supporting travel-industry conferences, networking events, attendee support, speakers, sponsors, workshops, communications, and event operations. This role is centered on work where you will analyze campaign, channel, audience, CRM, and conversion data and turn it into clear marketing insights. It is a full-time, 100% remote position open to candidates throughout the United States.

What You'll Coordinate
- Collect, clean, and validate marketing data from advertising, web analytics, CRM, email, social, and campaign sources in the Marketing Data Analyst role at Travel Congress.
- Build and maintain dashboards or recurring reports for spend, traffic, leads, conversion, engagement, and other agreed KPIs as part of the Marketing Data Analyst role at Travel Congress.
- Investigate tracking gaps, unusual changes, missing values, duplicates, and inconsistencies before publishing results across conference and attendee operations in this Marketing Data Analyst position.
- Analyze channel, campaign, audience, funnel, or creative performance and identify meaningful trends and exceptions for the Travel Congress team as part of Marketing Data Analyst work.
- Translate findings into clear summaries that help marketing teams understand performance and prioritize follow-up actions while supporting conference and attendee operations in the Marketing Data Analyst role at Travel Congress.
- Maintain metric definitions, filters, source notes, and reporting logic so analysis remains consistent and reproducible as part of day-to-day Marketing Data Analyst responsibilities at Travel Congress.
What We're Looking For
- Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills; experience with SQL, BI, web analytics, or marketing platforms is helpful for the Marketing Data Analyst opening at Travel Congress.
- Comfort working with campaign, CRM, audience, traffic, and conversion data from multiple sources.
- Ability to validate calculations and explain analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and disciplined documentation habits.
- Understanding of common digital-marketing metrics and funnel concepts is preferred.
