• About the Team
• ZF Off-Highway Solutions Minnesota Inc. designs and manufactures hydraulic and electrohydraulic components, controls, and brake systems for off-highway machines.
• The Marketing Business Analyst is part of the Technical Product Line Braking team within Product Management and Marketing. This team is responsible for the strategic and operational management of hydraulic and pneumatic braking products, including portfolio planning, pricing, market positioning, profitability, and customer value propositions. The role supports data-driven decision making through market intelligence, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
• What you can look forward to as Marketing Business Analyst:
• Support product marketing activities throughout the product life cycle, including portfolio management, pricing, positioning, performance analysis, and planning.
• Conduct market and business studies related to demand planning, customer quotations, forecasting, and business case development.
• Analyze customer, market, and competitive trends to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.
• Partner with Engineering, Project Management, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to align business objectives and product strategies.
• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, and reports to support business analysis.
• Create effective presentations that communicate complex data and recommendations to management.
• Participate in weekly management reviews with the Head of Marketing Off-Highway in Germany.
• Support marketing communications activities and special projects as assigned.
• Drive data-based recommendations to improve business performance and product portfolio results.
• Your Profile as Marketing Business Analyst:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, business analysis, finance, product management, or a related function.
• Experience with SAP MM, SAP FI, and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel skills and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data presentation capabilities.
• Ability to organize, interpret, and communicate large volumes of data effectively.
• Familiarity with the Industrial Off-Highway market, customers, and competitors preferred.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively across functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Available for limited travel (up to two times per year).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, AND in the future.
• The expected base compensation for this role is $75,000 - $87,900 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
