Marketing Analytics Specialist
We have an opportunity for a Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team in the United States, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics. In this role, you will analyze complex marketing data and translate it into actionable insights that improve pipeline contribution, campaign performance, funnel conversion, and customer lifecycle outcomes. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, and Data teams, you will help evolve scalable reporting, data governance, automation, and AI-enabled analytics capabilities in a highly collaborative environment.
Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do
- Analyze marketing performance across pipeline contribution, program ROI, funnel conversion, customer acquisition, and lifecycle metrics
- Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, clarify measurement requirements, uncover insights, and inform investment decisions
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau or similar business intelligence tools
- Query, transform, and validate large datasets using SQL and data warehouse or data lake technologies
- Translate complex analyses into clear narratives, presentations, and actionable recommendations
- Conduct analyses across campaigns, channels, audiences, segmentation, account engagement, and attribution
- Monitor data accuracy, completeness, lineage, and governance across Salesforce, Marketo, attribution platforms, and related sources
- Support lead scoring, account fit, segmentation, and propensity models using statistical and analytical techniques
- Automate recurring reporting, data-quality checks, and insight-generation workflows
- Use approved AI tools to accelerate research, documentation, visualization, coding, and reporting while validating outputs for accuracy, privacy, bias, and business relevance
Be Prepared — What You Bring
- 1+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business analytics, revenue analytics, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience analyzing large datasets and translating quantitative findings into business recommendations
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with data warehouses, data lakes, or governed analytical data products
- Experience building dashboards and reports with Tableau or a similar business intelligence platform
- Understanding of B2B marketing metrics, funnel dynamics, pipeline contribution, lifecycle measurement, and attribution models
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms, such as Marketo and Salesforce
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with Python or R, statistical analysis, regression, clustering, propensity modeling, marketing mix modeling, or machine learning applications in marketing is preferred
- Practical experience using generative AI or AI-enabled productivity, analytics, automation, or reporting tools, with sound judgment regarding data quality, confidentiality, responsible use, and human review

Six Months:
- Own recurring marketing performance reporting and dashboards with accuracy and timely delivery
- Build trusted relationships with marketing stakeholders and understand how they use analytics to make decisions
- Deliver actionable analyses across campaign performance, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and customer engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting automation, data quality, metric consistency, and responsible use of AI-enabled analytics
- Demonstrate growing fluency across Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, attribution platforms, and the broader marketing data ecosystem
One Year:
- Serve as a dependable analytics partner who proactively surfaces insights that influence marketing strategy and resource allocation
- Independently deliver increasingly complex analyses with clear assumptions and documented methodologies
- Contribute to improvements in measurement frameworks, data governance, segmentation, attribution, and dashboard scalability
- Expand automation and AI-supported analytics capabilities while applying appropriate validation, privacy, bias, and human-review practices
- Demonstrate measurable impact on reporting efficiency, data quality, stakeholder adoption, and marketing decision support
