Job Description
Turn data into growth for small businesses. In this role, your analysis will shape which acquisition campaigns we run, how we target customers, and how we prove financial impact. You will partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Data and Analytics to design experiments, quantify incrementality, and translate results into clear executive actions. If you enjoy combining analytical rigor with real-world execution, this role offers visible, measurable impact.
As a Marketing Analytics Lead in Small Business Decision Sciences, you will own analytics across the end-to-end marketing campaign lifecycle, from opportunity sizing and business case development through test design, execution support, and performance measurement. You will work with partners across Marketing, Finance, and Data and Analytics to deliver insights that are practical, controlled, and aligned to business priorities. You will help us strengthen measurement discipline, improve the speed and consistency of insights, and ensure results are repeatable and audit ready.
Job Responsibilities

- Drive experimentation strategy and measurement rigor, including hypothesis framing, test/control design, success metrics, and post-test readouts; support list execution requirements and measurement feasibility.
- Develop analytic assets and frameworks to evaluate campaign incrementality, profitability, and ROI (e.g., forecast/proforma vs. actuals, attribution/measurement approaches where relevant).
- Leverage and help evolve the analytics toolset, including Snowflake and emerging AI-enabled analytical applications, to improve speed, scale, and consistency of insights.
- Collaborate across functions (modeling, finance, marketing channels, and execution/delivery teams) to ensure solutions are implementable, controlled, and aligned to standards.
- Advocate for and define data requirements needed to monitor performance, targeting, and execution; partner with data teams to address data gaps, quality, and lineage considerations.
- Maintain and enhance processes and controls supporting measurement quality, repeatability, and auditability of results.
- Coach and develop junior team members, setting standards for analytical methods, documentation, and stakeholder-ready storytelling.
