  • Role Description The Marketing Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Dallas, TX, responsible for supporting data-driven marketing decisions across Texas Capital. This role includes gathering and analyzing marketing and sales data, developing dashboards and reports, and interpreting trends to inform campaign performance and strategic initiatives. The Marketing Analyst collaborates with marketing, product, and sales teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations that enhance client acquisition, engagement, and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve monitoring key performance indicators, segmenting audiences, assisting with forecasting and budgeting, and preparing clear presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced financial services environment.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Analytics and Marketing Analytics tools and methodologies.
  • Clear and professional Communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Understanding of Sales data and processes to connect marketing performance with revenue outcomes.
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, CRM systems, and campaign performance measurement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Previous experience in financial services or B2B marketing analytics is beneficial.
