- Marketing Campaign Analyst
- Location: 100% Remote – Mayo Clinic
- Contract: 8+ Months
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
- About the Role
- We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Analyst to support the development, execution, measurement, and optimization of sophisticated multi-channel, multi-touch marketing campaigns.
- This role combines marketing analytics, audience segmentation, campaign management, data visualization, and performance measurement. You will partner closely with analysts, data scientists, marketing specialists, marketing managers, and external data/service providers to transform complex data into actionable insights and improve campaign performance.
- The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, technically comfortable, and able to translate complex data into clear recommendations for both business and technical stakeholders.
- What You'll Do
- Develop requirements and analytics objectives for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Build targeted audiences and segments using customer and campaign data.
- Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and campaign insights.
- Design, coordinate, schedule, and support execution of multi-channel, multi-touch campaigns.
- Maintain and manage marketing campaign calendars.
- Establish campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate performance.
- Monitor campaigns and make mid-campaign adjustments and optimization recommendations.
- Measure campaign ROI, customer lifetime value, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reporting solutions using Tableau and Power BI.
- Design scalable reporting solutions while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and adherence to data standards.
- Translate complex datasets into clear visualizations and executive-level or strategist-level insights.
- Partner with marketing, analytics, data science, and technical teams to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support adoption of new campaign management, customer relationship, and digital experience technologies.
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, marketing analytics, or a related field.
- Experience analyzing large datasets, including structured and unstructured data.
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and campaign management/marketing automation tools.
- Experience working with digital experience technologies such as:
- Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
- CRM platforms
- Marketing automation
- Journey orchestration
- Digital marketing platforms
- Experience with platforms such as Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce, Tealium, Redpoint, or similar technologies.
- Strong Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong experience creating and maintaining Tableau and Power BI dashboards.
- Ability to convert data into meaningful analysis, insights, and recommendations.
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to translate effectively between business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and/or Denodo.
- Experience with next-best-action models.
- Knowledge of customer lifetime value (CLV) models.
- Experience with churn prediction models.
- Experience working with advanced customer segmentation and predictive analytics.
- Experience supporting adoption of new marketing or customer relationship technologies.

- In this role, success means turning complex marketing and customer data into clear, actionable insights that improve campaign targeting, engagement, performance, and ROI. You will help marketing teams make better decisions through accurate reporting, compelling dashboards, thoughtful analysis, and continuous campaign optimization.
