• Duration: Full Time
• Job Description:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 10+ Years of experience in IT
• 8+ years of demonstrated success in customer insights / market research in a consumer technology / consumer media company or market research firm preferably in a global role.
• Familiarity with Python Pandas / R / SPSS / Stata / SAS, as well as Excel, Keynote and Jupiter Notebook a plus.
• Highly analytical, intellectually curious with proven track record in quantitative and qualitative survey analysis.
• Able to communicate research clearly and concisely across audiences and partners, with the ability to explain analytical outcomes in business terms.
• Experience in using survey tools (such as Qualtrics and Decipher) to program and manage survey projects.
• Expertise with application of a broad range of research techniques and methodologies: e.g. cross-tabulations, maxDiff, segmentation and cluster analysis, conjoint / discrete choice, predictive analytics, etc.
• Experience working on research projects focused on developer audiences is a plus.
