Title- Site Hypercare / Application Support Consultant
Location: Pottsville, PA
Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Site Hypercare / Application Support Consultant to support the deployment and stabilization of critical manufacturing and financial applications at a manufacturing site in Pottsville, PA.
The consultant will serve as a key on-site point of contact for end users, working closely with IT Solution Support, Development, and Deployment teams to identify, document, track, and resolve application issues during the hypercare period.
The environment includes MES (Manufacturing Execution System) – Apriso and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). Experience with either platform is highly preferred; training will be provided on the other system and their interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site hypercare and application support to users following the D365/Apriso deployment.
Support both MES/Apriso and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations applications.
Act as the single point of contact for site users experiencing application issues.
Communicate effectively with users on the factory floor as well as office personnel.
Gather information from users to understand application problems and business impacts.
Translate user-reported issues into clear, actionable technical documentation for centralized Development and Support teams.
Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with appropriate technical teams for resolution.
Create, maintain, and track incidents in the helpdesk/issue management system.
Track issues through the software development environment to ensure proper follow-up, resolution, and closure.
Collaborate with IT Solution Support and IT Development teams to drive timely problem resolution.
Support application deployment activities and provide post-go-live assistance.
Identify recurring issues and communicate trends or potential improvements to the appropriate teams.
Maintain clear documentation of issues, resolutions, and user communications.
Help ensure a smooth transition from hypercare into ongoing application support.

Required Qualifications
6–10 years of experience in application support, production support, IT systems support, or a related field.
Hands-on experience supporting enterprise software applications in a production environment.
Experience with MES, ERP, or manufacturing applications.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Apriso is strongly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills.
Experience working with ticketing/helpdesk or issue-tracking systems.
Ability to document technical issues clearly and accurately.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical end users.
Comfortable working directly with personnel in a manufacturing/factory environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Application Support / ERP / MES professional who enjoys working directly with users, can quickly understand and document application problems, and is comfortable coordinating between the manufacturing site and centralized technical teams.
