- Job Title: Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) Business Analyst
- Location: Remote – Travel Required During Go-Live & Hypercare
- Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on Manhattan Active WMS (MAWM) / Manhattan WMS
- 10+ years Business Analyst experience preferred
- Warehouse operations: Receiving, Inventory, Picking, Packing & Shipping
- Requirements gathering and Fit-Gap Analysis
- BRD, FRD, SOPs, process flows & functional specifications
- WMS migration / implementation experience
- SIT/UAT, test case creation & execution
- WMS integrations with ERP, TMS & warehouse automation
- Production support, user training & post-go-live support
- Agile/Scrum and Sprint experience
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
Preferred
- Supply Chain / Logistics domain
- WMS transformation or legacy-to-MAWM migration
- Databricks or similar data platforms
- Exposure to AI/ML/LLM solutions
