Manager - Compensation and Analytics

• We are seeking a Senior Compensation Team Lead or Compensation Manager with strong experience managing end-to-end compensation programs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in conducting compensation reviews, developing job descriptions, creating salary grades and pay structures, and managing the overall annual compensation cycle.
• This role will be responsible for handling large volumes of compensation data, compensation modeling, commission plans, bonus plans, budgeting, and compensation analytics. Candidates should have an analytical mindset with experience performing data reconciliation and working across multiple HRIS platforms. Experience with Paycom, JDE (JD Edwards), and advanced Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis) is required.
• Experience working in a private equity-backed (PE-backed) organization is highly preferred, as is experience supporting a rapidly growing business rather than a slow-growth environment. Industry background is flexible, although experience in telecommunications, technology, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries would be an advantage.
• Target companies include: Convergint and candidates with prior experience at Motorola or Motorola Solutions. Similar organizations with complex compensation programs and high-growth environments would also be a good fit.
• Top Must-Haves:
• Senior Team Lead or Manager-level Compensation experience
• End-to-end compensation management (merit reviews, salary structures, job evaluations)
• Compensation modeling, commission & bonus plan administration
• Strong budgeting, reconciliation, and compensation analytics
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Paycom, JD Edwards (JDE), and multiple HR systems
• Experience handling large datasets
• PE-backed/high-growth environment preferred
• Target companies: Convergint, Motorola/Motorola Solutions, or similar high-growth organizations

Will manage Comp Analyst, In-charge of commissions and bonus. Experience with compensation for multi-currencies / countries like Brazil, Canada, US, Mexico etc helpful but not required. Expert in Salary and pay grades. They also use NetSuite in addition to JDE and Paycom.
